The PDPA contains specific provisions relating to business contact information. Where applicable, such information may fall outside certain data protection provisions of the PDPA.

Regardless, Denker Solutions remains committed to handling business and personal information responsibly and securely.

If a data breach occurs, we will assess the breach and take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Where notification is required under the PDPA, we will notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals as required by law.
